We've named this class Health & Longevity because "Tai Chi, Qigong, Accupressure and other Great Stuff" just didn't have a great ring to it. :) And since T'ai Chi, Qigong and Accupressure all promote health and longevity ... well, you get the picture. This class is for the most part a combination of T'ai Chi Chuan and Medical Qigong. The class includes energy work, motion, meditation, balance work, pressure point (accupressure) information, and more to help you care for your body, mind and spirit. Many of the motions and exercises you learn in class can be incorporated into a home study that will help you stay healthy and strong for the rest of your life (which should be longer than if you don't practice!)Read more

Monday Evening Yoga - Mondays from 5:30 to 7 pm. Olga Claussen is a fantastic yoga teacher, and this class is appropriate for beginners to advanced yoga practitioners.
Beginning Kung Fu, Adults - 5:30 to 6:25 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Taught by Shun Shifu Zach Leslie, this is a great class for beginning Kung Fu students or anyone more advanced who wants to review and brush up on their skills.

Our evening T'ai Chi class is a great opportunity for students to work on their forms. It's also a great way for anyone to learn the forms and promote health, flexibility, strength and balance. This class is taught by Zachary Leslie.
